You supply the specification — a drawing, CAD file or sample — and Bharti Enterprise manufactures the finished component exactly to it: machining, threading, finishing, inspection and export packing handled under one roof in Jamnagar, India.

2D drawings, 3D CAD and STEP files, PDFs, or physical samples — engineering support helps finalise material, tolerance and finish before production.
03What materials are available for custom OEM components?
All free-cutting brass grades, copper (ETP/OFHC), aluminium 6061–7075 and steels from EN1A to stainless 316 — matched to the mechanical, electrical and environmental requirements.
04Can prototypes be made before committing to volume?
Yes — rapid prototypes and pilot batches validate the design first, with dimensional inspection reports, before scaling to bulk production.
05What documentation supports OEM programmes?
PPAP documentation, dimensional reports, material test certificates, certificates of compliance and RoHS certificates — with full traceability under IATF 16949:2016.
