Overview

Engineered, not just supplied.

Bolts are CNC-machined in sizes from M2 to M20 (or per drawing), threaded to ISO Metric (DIN 933/931), UNC/UNF, BSW and BA standards, and finished in natural brass, nickel or tin. OEM customers receive PPAP/ISIR documentation and material test certificates with every shipment on request.

FAQs

Brass Bolts — answered.

The questions engineers and buyers ask us most. Something missing? Ask us directly — a specification answer costs nothing.

01What are brass bolts used for in industrial applications?

Brass bolts fasten electrical panels, plumbing systems, marine hardware, HVAC units, telecom enclosures and automotive assemblies. Their anti-corrosive, conductive and non-magnetic nature suits environments needing stable fastening and safe electrical grounding.

02What thread types are available in brass bolts?

Bharti Enterprise cuts ISO Metric (DIN 933 / DIN 931), UNC/UNF (ANSI/ASME), BSW and BA threads, plus custom pitches and tolerance classes. All threads are CNC-machined for dimensional consistency.

03What is the difference between full-threaded and half-threaded brass bolts?

Full-threaded bolts give maximum grip for tightly fastening two surfaces. Half-threaded bolts keep a plain shank for alignment and shear strength — the choice for load-bearing mechanical assemblies.

04Do brass bolts resist corrosion better than steel bolts?

Yes. Brass naturally resists oxidation, saltwater and chemical exposure, outlasting standard steel bolts in marine, humid and outdoor conditions — without the need for galvanising.

05Can Bharti Enterprise supply custom brass bolts to OEM drawings?

Yes — bolts are made to customer drawings, samples or specifications, including non-standard threads, lengths, head types and finishes, with full PPAP/ISIR documentation when required. Made in Jamnagar, India; exported to 50+ countries.

06Can matching brass nuts be ordered with bolts?

Yes. Complete nut-and-bolt assemblies are supplied with identical threads and finishes — hex, dome or lock nuts matched to your bolts for direct assembly.
