Precision dies and controlled forging temperatures produce near-net-shape blanks with minimal material waste; each component is then CNC-machined to tolerance (to ±0.05 mm), deburred and 100% visually and dimensionally inspected. Materials include IS 319, DZR, CW617N and lead-free brass.
